What We Offer
We have a variety of classes that will meet your workout plan. Try one or try them all.
YOGA
Yoga is practiced with a warmed room. A warmed room allows for better relaxation and depper stretches as you move through yoga asanas, calm your mind, and move your body. “Heated” or “Warmed” will vary by season – summer sessions will not actively warm the room with the heater unless necessary. Each session includes meditation/head massage during extended savasana.
WERQ
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness class based on trending pop and hip- hop music. Are you #TeamPop or #TeamHipHop?
CARDIO KICKMIX
An exciting mix of cardio kickboxing and cardio dance, this class is sure to get your heart rate up and make you smile!
PILATES
Pilates brings you the ultimate core workout! Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance, and flexibility while remind you of the importance of the mind-body connection and helps you focus on your breathing. Each session includes a brief savasana with meditation/head massage.
PUMP
A barbell-based class, Pump is the class to tone you up! High repetitions with lighter weights and cardio bursts get your heart rate up while developing lean muscle.
YOGA FUSION
This class combines Pilates with elements of yoga and barre to increase flexibility and muscle strength. This low-impact class focuses on core strength, while also improving your balance and posture. Don’t mistake this class as “too simple” to work your body! Small movements can add up to big changes and modifications are always available to make this class accessible to all ages and abilities. Our instructors seamlessly blend these practices together to create a unique and non-traditional experience for students. Each class ends with an extended savasana and meditation/head massage.
POWER FLOW YOGA
Power up your day with this yoga flow! Power yoga is a faster-paced workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. Poses are held for 3-4 breaths, moving in a fast-paced flow. Each session includes meditation/head massage during savasana.
DRIFTLESS ROULETTE CARDIO
What’s Driftless Roulette? Well, we couldn’t decide which cardio class to offer, so we picked all of them! When it’s time for class to start, we roll the dice to determine the class – Piloxing, WERQ, Cardio Sculpt, or Cardio Kickmix are all in the mix! Each week is a new workout so it never gets old, and there will always be some dancing in our cardio edition of Driftless Roulette!
SPECIALTY / POP-UP CLASSES
You never know what might pop-up as a fun Friday class – challenge yoga, a dance party, or maybe restorative yoga class. Keep an eye out for these every month!
